○ The Trump International at Miami (https://www.trumpmiami.com/). After researching over a dozen hotels, this was our best choice for price, amenities, location and flexibility - Note that this property is merely a Trump branded hotel with the naming agreement from the Trump Org. It is owned by an independent entity.

○ Arrive Thursday, Nov 14th, 2024 evening

○ Depart Sunday, Nov 17th, 2024 after breakfast

○ Absolutely! While most batchmates are arriving on Thursday, we understand schedules vary. You're welcome to join on Friday and enjoy the weekend with everyone. There will be a discounted rate for Friday arrivals –  we'll confirm this detail soon.

○ We think most fun will be had if you attend alone, but that said people may want to make a vacation out of this, so please bring your spouse/family if you prefer. 

 ○ Our reunion registration fees are generally non-refundable. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. We will consider requests for registration fee refunds on a case-by-case basis.    

 ○   We won't be booking hotel rooms directly as part of the registration. However, we've secured a special group rate at the Resort for reunion attendees. 

The discounted rate per night is $229 + taxes and resort fee ($45/night). 

○ Each room has two queen beds and is pretty large. You’d book and pay for your own room, but we expect two people to share a room.  You can pick your own roommate or we can help match folks too.

○ No. You book your own flights.

  ○ The registration fee will cover all meals, rooms for the meals, exciting activities, transport to the activities and unforgettable experiences bringing back memories of your time in BITS.  

  ○   Though there is no deadline, please register early to ensure we have an accurate headcount for meals and activities.  Please understand that we are paying down payment for various activities in advance.  For instance, the dinner cruise has a limit so if you register late, we may have to go with first come first serve to stay within the limit.

• Early-bird (by May 31st): $800
• Regular (by July 31st): $900
• Late (after August 1st): $1000

  ○   The registration fee will cover all meals (minus alcohol) throughout the reunion weekend. There may be a cash bar available for some evening events, where drinks can be purchased separately.

  ○   Absolutely! We'll ensure there are vegetarian options available at all meals to cater to all dietary needs.
